My name is Togzhan Kumekbayeva, I am an International Admissions Counselor at the American University of Paris and I am responsible for all students applying from Switzerland. I haven’t had a chance to visit your school previously, nor to meet you in person, but I would like to use this opportunity to introduce myself and let you know that two of my colleagues, Randy Vener and Anne-Sophie von Heyden will be attending the CIS Forum in Monaco on the 21 and 22 of November. If you have interested students or you would like to ask us questions, my colleagues would be more than happy to talk to you in person.

As you may know, AUP is a liberal arts college and we offer 20 undergraduate majors and 10 graduate programs. Some popular ones are Art History, Global Communications, Comparative Literature, International Business Administration, International Comparative Politics, Film Studies and others. We also offer a range of extracurricular activities and clubs, from debate to sports and fashion. We have approximately 1000 students and more than 100 nationalities. If your students are looking for an international experience or would like to study abroad for a semester or a summer not too far from home, AUP could be an interesting option.

We have two videos that could be interesting for your students: Just Imagine, filmed by our student: and a new virtual campus tour:
